Easy-to-Use, Opensource Ecommerce and/or CMS
SeSu is a project based on osCommerce.
Yes, it is procedural, but it was greatly extended with many interesting tools, like:
1. non-tech skinning: skin ALL your system using back-end managers - no coding required
2. launch new pages icluding styling, images, multimedia - all that without coding and in minutes
3. launch expirable messages showing only with selected product, category, manufaturer etc.
4. select your custom content on product/front page and specify location,
5. use it as non-commercial CMS - ecommerce elements can be easily disabled
6. ... and many more options.
Opensource, AJAX Powered and jQuery Animated, Forum System.
Atractive in its operations, AJAX Powered, Forum System.
There are 3 versions.
The only difference is MySQL type used to power it: standard MySQL, MySQLi OOP Prepared Statements and MySQLi OOP Non-Prepared style. I havent come around to PDO yet, but that style is shown in JMVC.
This project shows a bit of AJAX coupled with animated, jQuery powered, non-reload paging and post update. Cookie enforced, to allow to stay on selected page, even with forced page reload made by used. Good starter for anyone wanting to make e.g. nice WordPress plugin. It allows to be hooked and to track article, so it can be blended into any for any CMS website.
PDO::CONSTANTS - explanations, usage examples
PDO::CONSTANTS and some useful info.
There is a grouping of PDO::CONSTANTS into simple, extended, operational and combined groups.
Great way to memorize them and understand.
Each constant is explained separately and each has example(s) to make understanding, or referencing easier.
This can easily become your favourite, handy, PDO reference.
XML - some examples
XML - some examples, of slightly neglected subject.
XML was not high on my priority list - unfortunately.
That does not mean, that I do not know, what it is, or how to deal with it.
I must say, that this state of fact is about to change, as I started to allocate more time to work with and on it.
So, this collection will expand rapidly in weeks to come.
