Jeff's Model-View-Controller
This is my own MVC pattern (framework?).
Calling above a framework is too much, of course. This is more a MVC pattern in action. Not that I keep frameworks in too much of high esteem. It is for two reasons:
  1. they are rarely up to date with most recent PHP due to layers of added abstraction.
  2. they put abstraction between me and database.
Once you use link, you will end up on page with: download link, demo link and some useful info (especially for procedural coder) about how JMVC works.

Opensource, Purpose-made, Templates Selling System
Opensource, Purpose-made, Templates Selling System..
Some time ago I made this system for a friend, and for fun.
Well, his business never really took off and since this project was not meant to be a commercial, I decided to put code up for anyone, who wants it.
Code is open and free.
There are even some salvaged movies on YouTube to see, what it is capable of.

PHP Patterns: Descriptions and Examples
Descriptions and Some Examples of PHP Patterns.
Patterns could be a wonder-tool to make things happen without touching foundations.
However, as I read somewhere: "When you have hammer, everything looks like a nail."
Not everything is a "nail" for pattern "hammer".
Sometimes there are easier way to accomplish your task.
This is an ongoing collections.

A few jQuery Examples
Some jQuery examples.
An ongoing collection of jQuery examples
Anything I find useful in the future, I will place in here.
Whenever I can, I add some examples, to show how stuff works.
These days without jQuery (or similar), an AJAX etc. an online application seems like incomplete.

Server, Shell, Terminal
Server, Shell, Terminal stuff ... and some more
Some useful information and examples showing proper local server setup.
Also some info about terminal, shell etc.
Not much here now, as I haven't come around to transfer all the entries and articles from my other scattered sources.
This is an ongoing collection.

Jeff's Reference
My personal reference collection.
Hundreds (and growing) of tried and verified to work reference pointers, internal and external examples, snippets, code samples, short tutorials etc. from many different fields covering: CSS, HTML, PHP, XML, jQuery, JavaScript, Shell, (W)LAMP, MySQL, REGEX and some misc. stuff as well. This is my personal knowledge aggregator put online for easy access from anywhere.
You are welcome to use it, if you find it fit.

Easy-to-Use, Opensource Ecommerce and/or CMS
SeSu is a project based on osCommerce.
Yes, it is procedural, but it was greatly extended with many interesting tools, like:
  1. non-tech skinning: skin ALL your system using back-end managers - no coding required
  2. launch new pages icluding styling, images, multimedia - all that without coding and in minutes
  3. launch expirable messages showing only with selected product, category, manufaturer etc.
  4. select your custom content on product/front page and specify location,
  5. use it as non-commercial CMS - ecommerce elements can be easily disabled
  6. ... and many more options.

Opensource, AJAX Powered and jQuery Animated, Forum System.
Atractive in its operations, AJAX Powered, Forum System.
There are 3 versions.
The only difference is MySQL type used to power it: standard MySQL, MySQLi OOP Prepared Statements and MySQLi OOP Non-Prepared style. I havent come around to PDO yet, but that style is shown in JMVC.
This project shows a bit of AJAX coupled with animated, jQuery powered, non-reload paging and post update. Cookie enforced, to allow to stay on selected page, even with forced page reload made by used. Good starter for anyone wanting to make e.g. nice WordPress plugin. It allows to be hooked and to track article, so it can be blended into any for any CMS website.

PDO::CONSTANTS - explanations, usage examples
PDO::CONSTANTS and some useful info.
There is a grouping of PDO::CONSTANTS into simple, extended, operational and combined groups.
Great way to memorize them and understand.
Each constant is explained separately and each has example(s) to make understanding, or referencing easier.
This can easily become your favourite, handy, PDO reference.

XML - some examples
XML - some examples, of slightly neglected subject.
XML was not high on my priority list - unfortunately.
That does not mean, that I do not know, what it is, or how to deal with it.
I must say, that this state of fact is about to change, as I started to allocate more time to work with and on it.
So, this collection will expand rapidly in weeks to come.

New Section Comming Soon ...
